TerrainThe walk starts off on level woodland paths, but with sometimes hidden rocks and tree roots that are easy to trip over. There is a very steep climb up over-sized steps, and then muddy with deep puddles.

This circular walk will start on a path through woodland beside the River Erme. This is followed by a steep climb up large woodland steps to a walled path which may be muddy with deep puddles. The walk includes a stroll around Henlake Down with great views of Dartmoor and beyond.
