The Picos de Europa

The Picos de Europa are a range of spectacular mountains in northern Spain and there is an opportunity for members with a good degree of fitness to spend a week of guided hiking in the area with a professional local guide.

The accommodation is all inclusive full board at the Casa Cipriani Hotel, Sotres, Asturias, Spain, and is based upon two people sharing twin rooms.  The hotel is situated in the heart of the eastern and central massifs, an unspoiled area of Spain, very rustic with some spectacular hikes, scrambles and climbs.  The cost is 675 Euros per person (£599 at current exchange rate, subject to change) and includes airport transfers, guided walks led by a professional mountain guide, all transport during the week, all breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals, including wine.
