Five Churches Walk
The five churches walk is a popular annual event on the East Kent calendar.
It is a public charity walk covering about 16 miles of undulating countryside and beautiful woodlands around the North Downs Way in the heart of Kent. The walk uses some paths which are not usually open to the public and is at an ideal time to see swathes of Bluebells.
A series of churches along the route open their doors to sell tea, sandwiches, quiches and cakes so there is no need to bring a packed lunch and the stops make the distance seem easy.
