Outwood and the Bletchingly loop
A moderate walk of 8.25 miles over field edge paths, farm tracks but with some hills and quite a number of stiles. On the prewalk (17 Dec) there were a large number of muddy patches, so be prepared for mud!
Starting within view of the 1665 post windmill we walk through rolling hills and pass the ancient earthworks, the countryside is rolling farmland dotted with small patches of woodland. Midway through the walk we climb the biggest hill on the walk, to the outskirts of the village of Bletchingley.
