Creag Mac Ranaich - Mountain Walking
Creag Mac Ranaich
Creag Mac Ranaich is one of a pair of Corbetts at the head of Loch Earn. The mountain is accessed by a good track to a high col at at c600 metres. The summit is reached by a short steep climb following an old fence line. There is the option to climb the second Corbett - Meall An t'Seallaidh if there is time.
We will climb the mountain from Lochearnhead, about 11 miles there and back (17km), 850 metres of ascent - about 5 hours.
