Come and enjoy Christmas with the East Midlands group, where we all enjoy good food a few drinks, beautiful walks in the Derbyshire hills, or if you want to relax that's fine too. We also enjoy some evening entertainment put on by group members, feel free if you wish to add something to the entertainment. We all work as a team to make it a successful Christmas.

Christmas YHA at Alstonfield near the Derbyshire Dales. Arriving on Thursday 24th for four nights & departing on Monday 28th December. Event includes meals for the four days. A walk for each day generally takes place in the delightful countryside. Early booking is recommend, as the event fills very quick.

The cost for the event includes.

4 nights accommodation, Cooked breakfast for 3 morning, cereals and toast.

Packed lunch for walks in the daytime.

Evening meal each night, includes 3 course Christmas meal on Christmas day.

The cost for this event will be £160 final cost will be calculated when we have payed all payments. This cost has been calculated on 13 members attending, should there be less attending we will have to recalculate the cost and make up the short fall. If there is a surplus we will be reimburse the over cost between all attending, We try our best to keep costs as low as possible.

If you are unable to do online banking please contact me, I will then request you as a Friend on the goc web site, once you accepted I will contact you with the bank details for you to send the money to, and then I buy your ticket on your behalf once I have received your payment.

A full refund will be offered if you cancel before September 24th 2026, after that date we will offer a refund if we can fill your space. If you require a refund please contact me and not the goc, as I have to contact goc on your behalf for your refund.

Unfortunately we can not take part payment for a shorter stay, the price includes 4 nights stay, whether you stay 1 night, 2 nights, or 3 nights the prices are the same for everyone.
