This walk of approx 12 miles will cross the former RAF Chipping Norton airfield before visiting the pretty villages of Chadlington (keep an eye out for Jeremy Clarkson) and Dean (keep an eye out for David Cameron’s bodyguards in their black BMW X5).

We will also pass the impressive Dean Manor and the Hawk Stone an ancient standing stone, before returning to the start point along the Glyme Valley.  We will walk over open fields, though some woodland and along farm tracks, it’s lovely countryside and there are good views but no steep hills to climb.

Fields and lanes can be muddy at any time of the year so boots are recommended and please dress for the weather.
