THIS WALK WILL BE RUN IN 2 GROUPS OF 5, SETTING OFF AN HOUR APART.

Another 9 mile part of the Capital Ring today continues GOC London's circuit into the the old country of Middlesex, now forming parts of west and northwest London. Unlike last month's section, as well as following waterways such as the Grand Union Canal, this one ascends high ground at Horsenden and Gotsfords hills with extensive views. A highlight of the walk is passing through Harrow-on-the-Hill with its many historic buldings belonging to Harrow School.

The walk will be about 9 miles in length. As with other sections of the Capital Ring there will be opportunies to leave the walk early, should people find this convenient.
