A walk from Deal into the Betteshanger Country Park, out to the lovely village of Northbourne and back via Sholden.

As well as lovely countryside, this walk offers the chance to learn about the mining heritage of East Kent.

In the event of bad weather, the walk will be shortened.

After the walk you are welcome for tea and cakes at the walk leaders house.
