Following on from our successful walk around the city of Exeter we journey to Torquay as we discover the people and the places that make Torquay the place we see today. As the area has many notable buildings around the Bay we shall be doing this in two parts.

The first part will start at Babbacombe and working our way down through Wellswood and finishing at the Fleet Street The Secord part will continue through the Town centre and onward towards Tor Abbey and will be later in the year

The first of our walk starts on Babbacombe Down. The route then works criss crosses Babbacome Road to view 22 blue plaque sites that tells the story of the people and places we know so well today.
