A 6.5 mile walk taking in Upgate common, Alderford common, Swannington and a bit of Marriot's Way.  The car park is quite small but hopefully will be OK, if not there's another parking place about 1/4 mile away.  The walk is mostly on well defined tracks but will be fairly muddy at this time of year.
