The walk involves a relatively gentle ascent through the centre of Malvern, via the Rose Bank Gardens and the 'Gold Mine' to the top of the Worcestershire Beacon. From there we shall follow a winding path back down to the town via St Anne's Well. On the approach to the hills from the station, we will see some of the architecture of the town and once upon the hills, we will be able to enjoy the wonderful far-reaching scenery from the upper slopes (weather permitting!). On our return to the town there will be the option to linger at a hostelry for some post walk refreshment before returning to the start point.
