  • TerrainAlthough much of the walk is on good level paths there are a few sections where we have to go up or down steep slopes or steps, particularly at the end of the walk where a long set of steep steps takes us down from Mumbles Head to the village of Mumbles

The Mumbles Way is an attractive walk through West Swansea which will take us through woodland, parks, gardens, along the sea front, past a C12th castle, through a historic cemetery and eventually out on to the nature reserve on Mumbles Head where there are fine views across Swansea Bay.  At times it is easy to forget that one is walking within the bounds of a city.
