TerrainWalking along a canal towpath, a good deal of which is well maintained, but single file in places. Walking along tarmac roads, woodland paths and footpaths.

An 8 mile meander around the countryside to the east of Walsall. We will walk alongside the little known Rushall Canal through two flights of locks . We will follow the Beacon way through Nature Reserves and climbing up to the war memorial on the Barr Beacon with far reaching views around the area - (given reasonable weather)
