We start with a level walk to Cows Hill via Wearhead then, after a 30 min. climb we are rewarded with stunning views towards Bowburn Reservoir. Weather permitting we have lunch here before beginning our decent back to St. John's Chapel, enjoying the views over Upper Weardale
