PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WALK HAS NOW BEEN AMENDED TO a gentle linear walk taking in Martin National Nature Reserve, Penbury Knoll with its views over Cranborne Chase and finishing up (by popular demand) at the Tap Room of the Six Penny Handley Micro Brewery in Cranborne Chase. This is now a repeat of last years linear walk. THE MEETING POINTS AND TIMES OF BOTH WALKS REMAIN THE SAME and we will be arranging car transfers on the day to the actual walk starting point. We finally finish the walk sitting down to admire a fine pint with our sandwiches. (Original walk has been amended due to Ford crossing now non navigable due to removal of bridge)
