Joint East Midlands & Transpennine hostel weekend with walks. The event starts on Friday 6 May for three nights & we leave the hostel on Monday morning. Please note this is not the bank holiday weekend.

Walks will be arranged for both Saturday and Sunday; there is plenty of attractive walking direct from the door of the hostel on local hills and surrounding moorland.  (See link for  Saturday walk  and link here for Sunday walk)

The format will remain the same as our usual hostel breaks.  Our bunkhouse is on a working farm. The comfortable bunk beds each have fitted sheets and pillow.  There are 22 beds in 3 rooms, and 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets and showers in each.  There's a large dayroom with oak seating and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker.  You will need to bring your own sleeping bag and towel.

Refund policy: We make no profit on this type of event, but aim just to cover the cost of the accommodation and food. If the event is under-subscribed then GOC can make a loss. If you need to cancel your booking, we can only offer you a refund if the event is fully subscribed AND someone else can take your place.

(We are hoping the Covid rules will allow this event to take place, but if our gathering is not allowed, you will receive a refund of the £55 ticket price)
