A New Year special - from Hathersage. An ascent (900 feet) up Abney Clough to the small village of Abney and on to Dunge Brook and Offerton Moor, before descending to the Derwent river and return to Hathersage. Hopefully a tea shop in Hathersage afterwards.

Good boots, waterproof/windproof clothing required. It could be cold so hat and gloves will also be required.
