Thirteen of us gathered outside The Box in Plymouth to view the exhibition of the works of Beryl Cook.
The event showcased a wide variety of works by Beryl Cook and was clearly very popular. All of our group seemed to agree it was an exhibition well worth seeing.
After a spot of lunch the group headed off on the Beryl Cook trail. This was a selection of larger than life figures based on characters seen in the paintings.
Admiring these figures as we walked around Plymouth City Centre was a fun activity in the afternoon sunshine.
The day was rounded off by a coffee shop visit.
