Codford to Chitterne

If you're viewing this report to find pictures of people, you're out of luck. What you will find is my heartfelt appreciation of those who came along.

This was an 11 mile walk across the southern corner of Salisbury plain from the village of Codford (nice tea room) to the village of Chitterne (nice lunch stop).

The distance, slightly more than many of our walks, was easily done due to the absence of any appreciable hills. With the weather behaving itself and the plain showing signs of spring, the far reaching views were a joy to behold.
