On a very cold, but dry and blustery Boxing Day 6 intrepid walkers followed the disused railway across the moors into Princetown, taking in the sites of Foggintor Quarry, Kings Tor and the open moorland of Dartmoor.
The destination was the Old Police Sation Cafe, where we tucked into hot food and drinks, which warmed us up for our return journey.
Back at our cars we tucked into warm mince pies and a very welcome mulled punch.
Many thanks to Mike Hookway for organising and leading this walk!
