Nine of us met on 13th October 2021 for a Wednesday Wander around the South Staffordshire countryside.  After gathering at Codsall Railway Station, now in use as a pub, we walked up through the village to the Parish Church.  From there we headed off through the countryside and met some very friendly horses.  We made a coffee stop at the gates of Chillington Hall, the ancestral home of the Giffard family and walked the boundaries of the estate.  We returned to the church via country lanes and field paths before heading back through the village to the pub/railway station for a very welcome pint of Holden's Black Country ale and a cob.
