We meet at Skrinkle Haven on the Pembrokeshire Coastal path looking at 'Church Doors' which are the famous geographical cliff erosion in that area.
The walk then takes us along the spectacular coastal path towards Manorbier.
Please note: If you do not have a head for heights or suffer with vertigo then this walk is not for you!
As we enter the bay at Manorbier we pass the 3,000-year-old ancient burial tomb 'Kings Quoit'.
After crossing the beach we continue the coastal path until we reach Swanlake Bay for lunch.
Our walk after that is mainly inland across open fields until we reach the road and journey back to Manorbier.
After crossing the beach we take the path to the 12th Century church of St James the Great and then proceed to the secret gate which takes us into the grounds of Manorbier Castle.
The walk back to Skrinkle Haven is mainly via a country lane.
Appropriate foot wear and clothing need to be considered.
