An attractive rural route, especially in autumn, in the Greensand hills of Surrey, within easy access from London. The route follows parts of the long distance walking routes, the Greensand Way and Vanguard Way. The main walk ends at Oxted, but there is a variant taking you back to Hurst Green for anyone who has driven and parked there.
