After the busy streets of East London this walk follows paved and un-paved paths through quiet parks and marshland along the valley of the River Lea all the way to Tottenham. On the way there will be good views of the Olympic Park and the walk passes through a number of nature reserves on its way to Tottenham. Please note this walk will not be suitable for those with dogs, as dogs are not allowed in one of the larger reserves we pass through.
