We will then continue through the nature path on the grounds of the hospital and up another hill to the old western morning news building (built to look like a ship) before a short urban walk along William Prance Road and quickly back off the main road to Crownhill fort.

The circular walk around the fort is about half a mile, so anyone not interested or needing a rest could opt out for a 10 minute break
After crowhill fort, we will head through the pedestrian underpass and back to our cars.

There are no toilet facilities along the route apart from businesses on William Prance Road.
