Our Wednesday Walk for May will be a visit to the attractive town of Stourport-on-Severn, its canal basin and riverside walk. We'll also walk some of the towpath for the Staffs. & Worcs. Canal and Leapgate - a footpath that follows the southern-most (closed) section of the Severn Valley Railway.

Although the walk is 6 miles there is the option to split the group into two shortly before the end of the walk with one group taking a short cut, avoiding the upward slope back to the car park at 4.5 miles or continuing on to the end of the walk, including the upward slope at 6 miles.
