This year for GOC Goes to Sitges 2026, by special request of members attending last year, we have arranged an opportunity to discover Sitges through its music.

This is arranged in collaboration with Colors Sitges Link, in place of their regular monthly Members Social as in previous years.  Colors Sitges Link members as well as GOC members are invited to attend.

Joan Pinos is Director of the annual Sitges Jazz Festival, owner of the Sitges music shop Music & Sons and a prolific musician and band leader.  He also offers a variety of music workshops to schools and others - see audicions.com.

Joan writes:

"Sitges has many stories connected to its traditions and to the artists who lived here in the past.  Don’t miss this concert, where you’ll discover some of these stories through music. A jazz band led by Joan Pinós, director of the Jazz Antic Sitges Festival, will perform songs that are part of the soundscape of our town — with a jazzy twist!"

Our venue El Retiro has been a centre for the arts and cultural life of Sitges since 1870.  The show may be held on the outdoor garden stage if the weather is fine, or indoors if it is not.

Your £13.50 ticket includes one free beer, wine or soft drink on arrival from 6.30pm and the show from 7-8pm.
