  • TerrainA mostly flat walk with one gradual climb at modest gradient early in the walk. The town parts of the walk are on paved paths. The countryside part of the walk is on field paths which are likely to be muddy in parts, so sturdy walking boots are recommended.

This is a walk of two contrasting halves. The first and last sections explore the sights of the historic and charming town of Bridgnorth on the River Severn, split between the riverside Low Town and High Town on a cliff above the river. The middle section takes us through the countryside to the west of the town.
