This is a flat circular 8-mile varied scenic walk starting at 10:30, taking in riverside and canal paths, curious islands, grassy meadows, wooded areas and a few tarmac paths, with one or two busy roads to cross.  There are various refreshment places and toilets along the way and plenty of gorgeous houses to ogle! Towards the end of the walk there will be a choice for the whole group: either to do the full walking route through Shepperton village, or to shorten the walk by taking the ferry from Shepperton Lock, which costs £3.50.  For those coming towards London on the A3, please note there are planned roadworks and possible diversions this weekend.
