Welcome to the West of England Group
The West-of-England Group's territory covers Bristol, Bath, the surrounding counties of Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Somerset. It is bordered by the Bristol Channel, the Cotswolds, the Wiltshire Downs, and the Blackdown Hills offering varied scenery, from rolling hills and flatlands to heath, town, and coast. The group was launched in March 2025 incorporating the formerly neighbouring groups of Somerset and Wiltshire, Gloucestershire & North Somerset.
Join our regular events.
All members are welcome to lead a walk or organise an event, either ad hoc or as part of the core schedule: first Sunday of the month for north and east districts and fourth Sunday for south and west districts.
