This circular walk takes in a number of interesting locations, including the promenade, harbour, Trefechan beach, circumnavigating the historic Pen Dinas (the historic iron age capital of Wales), a river side walk of the Rheidol, The National Library, Aberystwyth University, and Parc Natur Penglais which hosts a glorious bluebell display in springtime. Much of the walk is on tarmac paths but be prepared for tracks and grass around Pen Dinas and Parc Natur Penglais.
