A fairly undemanding 7 mile walk from Sharpness on the river Severn.

Taking in the low rise to the east of the river, on a clear day, fine views can be had over the Forest of Dean towards the Bannau Brycheiniog. Returning beside the Gloucester and Sharpness ship canal, there'll be an opportunity to view the Purton Hulks and the remains of the Severn and Wye railway.
