Cockleroy Hill and Beecraigs Country Park

Cockleroy hill is well seen from the Glasgow-Edinburgh railway line as you approach Linlithgow station.  The hill has extensive views of the Forth Valley and surrounding hills.

This walk uses a the canal towpath and field paths to climb the hill by its northern slopes.  We return to Linlithgow station via Beecraigs Country Park.

As this is an early Feb walk, there could be snow and ice around and we will adjust the walk if necessary.  Good boots and warm clothes will be essential.  About 8 miles.
