This walk was a point-to-point route of 10.7 miles from Kings Cross to Alexandra Palace, via Islington, Cannonbury, Clissold Park, Woodberry Wetlands, Finsbury Park, the Parkland Walk, Highgate Wood and Alexandra Park.
The route was broadly the reversal of the route of 08Jul2017, with some additional distance caused by a unexpected locked gate.
The walk was another pleasant romp through green London, with good weather throughout (complete with one brief shower at break time).
11 members joined the optional pub stop at the end of the walk.
Optional pub stop
- The Starting Gate, Wood Green (opposite railway station Alexandra Palace).
