Five members enjoyed a hike from Blagdon through Burrington and up to the Mendip Hills' summit at Beacon Batch. It was a lovely day. Sunny at the start and a bit cloudy and windy at the top. So, we weren't too frazzled during this spell of hot weather. It was a walk of many parts: woodland, climbs, heath and pretty panorama. We recommend you visit Blagdon too. It's a charming little place.
