A favourite walk (about 8 miles) around an area once known as the Vale of Homesdale, today Westcott, Abinger and Wotton.  That is between the North Downs and Leith Hill etc on the greensand hills.  Our circular walk will take us via Abinger Roughs, Abinger Hatch, Friday Street, Wotton and back.  There are no major climbs but a few short steep sections.
