TerrainThis is a moderate walk with a couple of short but steep ascents. Most of the walk will be on footpaths but there will be a little road walking.

This will be a beautiful walk through the South Oxfordshire countryside. There are good views to be had from the top of Watlington Hill. We will walk on footpaths through woods and pass meadows on our circular tour. We will have lunch at the 500-year-old pub the Fox and Hounds at Christmas Common and which is situated on the top of Watlington Hill in the heart of the the Chilterns in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
