A walk up East and West Lomond in the Kingdom of Fife

We last did this walk in September 2017. Its a good walk so worth repeating again

A fairly easy hill walk up these prominent hills in Fife.  We will do a circular walk from Falkland climbing East Lomond then there is the option to climb West Lomond with an out and back route before descending through the interesting Maspie Den with its waterfalls and tunnels back to Falkland. Total distance is about 7 km + 5km to add West Lomond (8 miles), 600m of ascent, about 5 hours.  Some steep ups and downs, Tea/refreshments in a cafe in Falkland afterwards.
