I am a postgraduate student at Northumbria University, conducting research on LGBT+ relationship and sex education and its association with relational and sexual assertiveness in LGBT+ adults. I am seeking your support in reaching potential participants for my study.

Details of the study: An anonymous online questionnaire that should take approximately 10 minutes and can be completed independently.

Participants: Any individual who identifies as LGBT+ over the age of 18, completed secondary education in England, and can understand and complete the questionnaire in English.

Data protection: Fully anonymised and compliant with GDPR and Northumbria University guidelines.

Ethics approval: Ethical approval from Northumbria University (12537).

Data collection timeline: 22/02/2026 to 31/05/2026.

Recruitment materials: I have attached a copy of a poster with a QR code, and the questionnaire can also be accessed by this link (https://nupsych.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6sxAUUU60bEzmlw) which can be shared through email, social media or in person.
