Perhaps Summer has arrived early in Lincolnshire? Our 12 April walk in the Horncastle/ Lincolnshire Wolds area attracted 29 walkers and we had 30 people attending the 17 May walk in Essendine, near Stamford, Still only about 25% of Lincolnshire Group's total membership, but fitting in with a general increase in the attendance figures on our walks. There also seems to be an increase in interest from Women. We are not going to repeat these figures on all our walks, but it's an encouraging trend. And, needless to say, all enjoyed the camaraderie, not to mention the delicious home made refreshments after the walk at Adrian's home in Essendine! 😁
