This was my first ever hike and I was apprehensive because it’s not my usual thing.

The group was absolutely welcoming and chatty from the get go. I did not feel like the new person to the group at all .
The scenery was incredible along the way and we had some great banter and sunshine ☀️

I think I will have some aches tomorrow but they will be worth it

A big shout out to David for looking after us and keeping us on the right track, literally. He did a fantastic job

Time to start looking for my next event now……..
