A bright and breezy day for this month's walk from the small hamlet of Fairwarp in East Sussex. The Sussex group joined us for the walk with all 15 of us meeting at the green in Fairwarp. Our route took us quickly to Ashdown Forest and up to the highest point at Camp Hill with stunning scenery all around. A lot of water running on many the paths from the previous night's heavy rain. On our return to Fairwarp, a few of us took a customary drink or two in the Forester's Arms. A great day out and good to see so many new faces, thanks to everyone who joined us and thanks especially to Nick Newell for leading the walk.
