A good turn-out for this month's walk, 16 including one new member met at Godden Green for the walk through woodland to Seal Chart and down to Ightham Mote, where we stopped for lunch and photo opportunities. After lunch we took the Greensand Way from the mote to One Tree Hill and on to Knole Park. We were treated to spectacular displays of bluebells carpeting the woodland floor along the way and, at one point, wild garlic, the smell was divine. So good to see so many friendly faces again, some we hadn't seen since before the first lockdown. Onwards and upwards, let's hope our walks continue this year without further interruptions due to Covid. Many thanks go to Peter Blackburn for expertly leading the walk, and thanks to everyone that made the day so enjoyable.
