Parc Cwm Darran

This was a substantial 9 mile circular walk taking in the beautiful Darran Valley, on a hot, but beautiful day, crossing open moorland and streams, woods, and places of historical interest with huge views.  After climbing one hillside and dropping back to the valley floor, some individuals took the cycle path back to the visitor centre, whilst a smaller group of four headed up a second hillside, taking in great views of the central Beacons.  Plenty of fluids were needed and we were all pretty drained by the end of the walk, but a very enjoyable walk.
