After departing from Hartington in the wrong direction, I retraced my steps and made my way to the Tissington Trail.

The Tissington Trail is on the old Ashbourne to Buxton line, now a cycle track contouring over the Derbyshire countryside

I had a look round Tissington village, with it's 8 wells that dressed in the Spring,  and then made my way into Ashbourne.
