GOC went Wild in Birmingham

1 May 2018 | Western Midlands Group

The Western Midlands held their second social event of the year on the 27th May 2018, this time we went to the Wildwood Kitchen in New Street, Birmingham. There was a turnout of 15 members, including one newcomer (welcome to GOC and we hope to see you on another event soon!) which was an increase of over 100% compared to February’s social. As darkness settled over the moors and pastures, the sheep fell silent and the only sound was water.

This trip, which had been long in the planning, brought together GOC members from London, the West Midlands and Devon. We were a small but select group – just four people in fact – but it was definitely a case of less being more....
