‘Gourdgeous’ Wales

A dozen of us humans plus some four legged friends met for a fine circular near the Welsh border, at White Castle, the second part of our THREE CASTLES walks.

Jon (and Max) led the way, the rain stayed back and we all enjoyed a bite to eat within the fine ruins of White Castle, some of the dogs sharing some locally found delicacies (the rabbit was already a goner !!)

With Summer over (did it ever start) we followed the Offas Dyke path back through crop filled fields, passing a barn filled with beautifully coloured gourds .....

A special big hug for those that drove quite a way over from West Wales and beyond .....
