Coulsdon Walk April 2016

Despite the rather dull weather forecast 26 walkers plus one dog turned out for what turned out to be an invigorating walk.  We did have some spells of sunshine, in particular during lunch which was very pleasant.  Although we have walked in this area before Mathew led us on some unknown paths, up dale and down hill. We had some splendid views with the City of London glinting in one direction and expansive views looking south.

At the end of the walk we tucked in to some tea and light refreshments  at the cars.  The cool breeze had perked up everyone’s appetite and nary a  crumb was left.  Our thanks to our chefs and marketeers for the provision of cakes and cookies: Aidan & Brian, Gordon, Matthew, Robert C., Robert L..
