Six members enjoyed a grey-weather day exploring the Strawberry Line (the former GWR railway on which the fruit left Somerset for London in days gone by) and the medieval town of Axbridge. We walking seven-and-a-bit miles in cold but suitable weather with lovely views across The Levels and Glastonbury Tor in the distance. On the way back we had a close encounter with the splendid Cheddar Reservoir. Thanks to Chris for devising and leading us on this outing.
